Pick-Up, Shipping + Returns

Local pick-up.

We offer free pick-up at our Inverloch work-shop. We will be in touch with you directly to confirm a lead time and organise a pick-up up time if you select this option.

Domestic shipping.

We currently deliver a selection of our smaller concrete products Australia-wide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your post code.

Most lead times are 4-6 weeks due to the handmade nature of our products. Please refer to each product page for more info.

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID. If there are any changes to your order we will be in contact directly with you. It is important to notify us within 72 hours of any delivery changes. If delivery is made and you are not able to receive the item during your agreed time-slot there will be additional shipping charges for the re-handling of your order.

International shipping.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Returns.

Change of mind:

If within 7 days you decide to return your item, we will provide a refund of the original purchase price, less the return shipping and handling cost.
Please contact us at info@hatchdesignandconstruction.com.au for more information on the return costs and to arrange return shipping. Please note that a re-stocking fee may apply.
Items must be returned in original packaging and product condition. Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. If the items returned are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Only regular priced and pre-order items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Defects Refund:

Concrete is a natural product that has natural imperfections which are part of the appeal of the product. Please consider this carefully before you purchase.

If a defect or fault is found within 14 days we will pay to have the item return shipped to us. Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund.  

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days depending on your card or refund method.
